So the checkin was not bad the guy was extremely helpful, however i did not get the room that I booked. Whenwe got into the room the toilet eas not cleaned, there were stains on the seat. We encountered a bug in the room, and the floors were not very clean. I ended up pulling all of the bedding off of one to check it for bed bugs because of the cleanliness of the room. There werent any bed bugs. The room its self was the main reason for the low review.

Staff was nice! But the hallway stunk and there was pet food by our door and the room looked like it wasn’t swept and it was dirty the room also stunk of the same stuff in the hallway

The front desk agent was fine. He was very transactional but that not a huge deal. I did not feel safe because there was a man in the lobby that was touching himself inappropriately and looking at me. I ran out after paying and didnt stay. The hotel was also not very clean and didnt look anything like the photos.

We were late arrivals, the room was under my name and my husband arrived an hour ahead of me. They wouldn't let him check in until I got there, totally fine. When I arrived an hour later the guy said he had sold our room to someone else and wouldn't let us stay there as he was now full. I asked why he would do that especially because my husband stayed out in front of the main doors waiting on me and he said because I didn't get there when my husband did. The room had already been pre-paid for online so I had to go through the hassle of getting my money refunded.
