As someone allergic to gluten, I was very happy to find the gluten and non-gluten foods separated to avoid cross contamination. The staff grabbed a label from the kitchen so we could check to make sure one of the sausage patties were gluten free as well. Amazing job and super clean.

I booked my room through a 3rd party and when issues arose, hotel staff was not helpful. My room was on a noisy hall and was not totally clean (stains on the ceiling above bed). Hotel is outdated and did not give cookies at check in! I’ve had good experiences at other Doubletree locations but this one was disappointing.

I had a room on the ground floor with glass doors facing the parking lot and a connecting door to another room which didn’t make me feel safe. Also hotel only offers breakfast and dinner, no lunch. Had to insist on getting a receipt for my stay there upon check out, since i paid them with my credit card.They kept telling me i should contact Expedia for the receipt.
