Great room. Reserved room was on first floor, but was offered room on higher floor at check in. Bed was very firm but comfortable. Property looked like photos. Check in and out very easy.

We arrived at 10pm after driving 12 hours from Tucson with our toddler and dog. So we were exhausted. The front desk receptionist was very aloof and obviously new. We were on a long road trip and had a lot in the car to unload. There were no luggage carts available and she told us many guests must have "kept them in their rooms"?! It was extremely difficult lugging all our stuff inside piece by piece. She gave us a different room than we booked. We booked normal king suite room with shower/bath combo. When we got up to the room we saw it was an accessible room with only a shower. Our 3 year old only takes baths not showers. I called down and she said "it's been a really busy day" almost frustrated with ME and claimed she was coming up with keys to a room. This never happened and then she claimed they were sold out of what we booked and she rolled her eyes at us. The shower curtain was at least a foot off the floor that was flush to the rest of the bathroom. The floor flooded after our shower and then my toddler slipped on the water when she came in to find me after my shower and hurt herself. The room also smelt bad and the mattress was AWFUL. Do not stay here!!!

The hotel was nice, we could tell it was newly built. Here were a couple of strange things: the beeps in the elevator as you reach each floor are ear-splittingly loud. You can only turn into the parking lot if you're driving North (if you're driving South there is no left turn allowed into the parking lot, but GPS doesn't know that). There is no lotion provided in the rooms; shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, but I also typically rely on lotion being available, especially in a dry climate like Utah, but they don't provide lotion at this hotel.
