I couldn't get e refund but this place was so bad I left and paid for an another hotel. First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a package of earplugs and a note that said use these so you can sleep. Then I noticed the hair on the night stand and the trash cans had not been emptied from the last guest. The final straw was when I realized why they leave earplugs in the room. I could tell the guy in the room next to me was trying to talk quietly and I could still hear every word then I could hear the voice from the floor above me coming through my ceiling. Even motels from the 50's have better walls than this place.

Our room was very clean and we were provided 4 towels for our family of 4, which never happens so we were very grateful. The pool was very clean as well and that includes the restroom and shower in the pool area. We had no complaints at all and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

You didnt have my reservation and you didnt do anything to fix it. I had just had major neck surgery and charged me more than what my reservation was then you charged me twice and said you would reimburse me right away and its been over a week ago and still havent credited me back!! So wrong.
