Blown away
This hotel blew me away! From the moment you walk thru the front door, you can feel the luxury of it. For the price we paid, I was definitely not expecting it to be so nice. The lobby is very inviting and so clean and well maintained. The front desk assistant was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very big! We had two bikes with us and they fit perfectly into a corner. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, with plenty of hot water and water pressure! We will for sure stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They remembered each guest by name when ever they saw us. The only problem was a shower head that spewed water and was fixed as soon as they found out. We would stay there again.

The property is well lit at night, it is well kept and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor cosmetic issues and the pillows need to be upgraded.

Housekeeping starts way too early
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Front desk staff is always amazing. This trip was not as amazing as usual. I feel like being a hotel so close to a major music venue they should take into consideration that a large amount of people on major concert nights Are staying at the hotel for sold out concerts right down the road and I was not thrilled to wake up at 7 AM to housekeeping, vacuuming and cleaning the room next-door when we did not get out of the venue parking lot until midnight the previous night. We had every intention of sleeping in before driving five hours back home but instead we were out of the hotel by 7:30. Headed back home to our unfortunate housekeeping wake up call.
