I paid using Expedia and was charged upon arriving at the hotel. So technically I ended up paying $400 for a one night. I understand I’m getting refunded but that was not done immediately. The refund will take a couple of days but they were quick in getting their money. Poor communication between Expedia and the hotel. I had to call Expedia myself to figure out this situation. I had used PayPal in 4 payments to avoid the big chunk all at once and ended up having to pay more in the long run at once.

Make sure you reserve a place in the shuttle to the airport. We weren’t told we needed to reserve a spot and almost missed the first shuttle of the day which would have made it very hard to make our plane.
