The TV in our room would only hook up to a personal device. After traveling we just wanted to lay in bed and watch some tv to unwind. I was not told this when we checked in. The elevator was very dirty

I liked the location. Property kind of old but clean. What I didn't like on my visit was the smoke alarm going off at 1 AM and stayed on for 3 hours and staff did not know the status of the situation. It was a long night and no apologize to guest.

Absolutely worst experience we've ever had at a hotel, ever!!! I don’t even known where to start. This hotel was dingy, dirty and just disgusting! We asked for a full refund 10 minutes after seeing our filthy room. At first they said they couldn't refund us but they'd put us in a "updated room" the door wouldn't close, even the staff on property apologized for all the mishaps as they were left & right! The tub wouldn't drain, every time someone turned on water on the floor above us is sounded like someone was drilling through the roof of our room..... light's wouldn't work. What a straight up DUMP!!! They said they'd ask the managers to reverse all charges, they were so sorry! They charged us anyway! I'll NEVER RETURN!! IN FACT, I'M DOING A CHARGE BACK ON MY CC!!

Great stay! Very friendly front desk staff!!! Breakfast had many choices and was delicious! Rooms were clean and the maid service was fast and efficient! The bed was a little too soft for my back but I loved the comfy pillows! I would definitely stay there again!!!

The room was clean. The a/c needs work it would get very loud, The sofa bed could use a better mattress. I did request more towels and another blanket but I never did get it. The staff was very nice always and greeted you. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5.
