Great place to stat

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The whole place was cleaned and smelled fresh. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were perfect for a family stay. Great location as well.

I don’t typically leave reviews but was compelled to after this stay. Night one we got in after a very long travel day. I immediately noticed the very strong cover up scent that seemed to fill this entire hotel. (Which also gave me a headache every time I walked in). We got to our room and I first noticed the outlet that was completely hanging out of the wall. I ignore it and I went to take a shower. The glass shower door wouldn’t close properly, and as we were trying to figure it out, the door entirely fell off the tracks. We repacked and went down to the lobby where the staff gave us a new room. The new room happened to be a handicapped room, which I wouldn’t typically complain about otherwise, but this room had some frustrating features. The shower doesn’t seem to be set up properly, and every time we showered, it flooded the bathroom. We had 4 towels laid down the entire stay just to keep the bathroom from flooding. The toilet seat was a cushioned one, but a dirty one that I think should’ve been replaced a while ago. There was also a dog urine stain on the wall of one of the entrances which really added to the touch of how unclean this hotel felt. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it seems that the Main Street that this hotel is located on seems to be the drag race strip on Friday and Saturday nights. I’m talking it sounded like Nascar going on constantly outside our hotel room. Sleep was not an option. Overall I would never stay again.

We had a grand baby with us . As the baby was carling around hit his eye on a metal piece ofthe bed frame that was sticking out .Witch you couldn't see cuz it was covered up by the blanket. Not to sure its baby safe.

The hotel itself is acceptable, however it is smack dab in the middle of the hood. They share a parking lot with many other businesses and there are questionable individuals wandering the parking lot at all hours. Even though the hotel is clean, the lot and surrounding area is filthy. The staff are unclean and unfriendly and the breakfast IS NOT even close to what other Home 2 hotels offer.

I had high hopes with this being a Hilton property. Our room wasn’t necessarily dirty but it wasn’t clean either. It looked like they just threw bedding on top of mattresses. They weren’t “made” or tucked for sure. Maybe it was a rush clean before we checked in but I doubt it because it wasn’t busy during our stay. The pool is pretty dilapidated. Definitely not worth the higher price compared to the better option of hotels nearby in the same budget.

I thought it was clean. My husband was not impressed with the room being serviced every other day instead of daily, but I think that is getting to be the industry standard. He thinks a Hilton should have a higher standard. The breakfast was mostly microwaved breakfast sandwiches or bowls. They did have make your own waffle station, cereal, bagels, toast and muffins.
