While I was in my room Saturday mid-day, I had a knock on my door, I opened the door and a gentleman (who didn't or couldn't speak one word of English), was trying to gesture if I needed anything! I had already read that unless I spoke up, that no room service would be provided! I found it very funny that they would send someone to my room for 1, let alone one who doesn't speak English!

breakfast was really good, the only problem was that the room key machine was not working and they would have to walk us to the rooms but staff was really nice and it was very clean

Our room had damage to the door and both of the shades. The living area and the bedroom. The outside of the property looked like maintenance hadn’t cleaned or fixed anything. The outdoor flooring was in bad shape. The front desk clerks were very nice except the guy who answered late at night. The gal who checked us in and worked mornings very nice though.

The first night I stayed it was great room was great I was comfortable everything good. I came back a week later and got a room, it smelled horrible in the floor, the room smelled and there was dark hair all over in the shower. I am blond.I didn't request to move cause I was only there 8 hours. I was very disappointed. The front seat gentelman was amazing though. I had better experience at LaQuinta

Property was located in a quiet corner of a shared parking lot. The employees were extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! My son and I had waffles and muffins. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor seating, and the fitness room. Our room was very spacious and clean.

We needed a last minute stay due to a flood in our basement. Luckily they had a room. We checked in late. Accomodations were great for tired people. We got to shower, relax, sleep, have an excellent breakfast, and get back home.

I would have given 4 stars all around but, the room ac made a horrible noise. It was hard to sleep but it was late and we did not feel like moving to another room. I figured I would tell them in the morning, but we were in town for a funeral with alot going on and I forgot. Again, we got back late and put on ear plugs. Now the worst thing is that when I told the front desk about the issue as I checked out, She looked at her computer and said "oh yes, I can see here that that ac was suppose to be fixed last week but it never was fixed" So, when I checked in, they put me in a room that they knew had a ac issue? I should have been compensated for their mistake, but all she said was "sorry" This is not a cheap place. If I wanted to stay in a Motel 6, I would have done so. Will not return to any Hilton or related hotel.
