Absolute garbage and thiefs

The stay was terrible the room smelt like an ashtray there were cigarette burn marks on the bathtub and no comforter in the room. Upon checkout the hotel said there was blood on the sheets which I dripped a little bar b que sauce on the sheet and kept my deposit to pay for that and the comforter that was never there

Self-care retreat gone wrong

The hotel itself was a good stay. My biggest issue is because of the hot tub! I went to this hotel for a personal self-care retreat. The hot tub was a MAJOR part of my self-care time. The first night i was there was delightful, the hot tub temp was perfect, the quiet isolation to relax and get lost in my audio book. I woke up the next day, looking forward to a repeat of the night before. I again enjoyed some time with my book and my solace. After about 30 min soaking i could feel my body itching from what i assume is the fresh chemical treatment they did. I got out, went to my room and found my favorite bathing suit is completely ruined. And even after a shower to stop the itching, and burning to the lower half od my body, it hardly made a difference. This single event destroyed the rest of my stay. I came home and found i have a minor chemical burn on my lower half and now have to purchase a new swimming suit. It started out so good and with so much promise, and ended with so much disappointment and frustration.

The floor was more comfortable then the beds. My son said he felt like a twisted pretzel when he woke up the following morning, said he should of slept in the car or slept on the floor. I do apologize i dud not take any pictures.

I stumbled across this Hotel, when my usual was full. I was first impress, but over time things really changed. I am not a fan of this Hotel anymore, and I am deeply disappointed within their Management and decisions. Which include their obsession with Money instead of the worth of a person. Communication is vital within all relationships and having one-sided conversations is a sign of mental disorder I hope for the sake of the Management, they seek out Mental therapy. Even their Laundry Facility is terrible. No change machine to get quarters for the laundry machines, and employees at the front keep sharing that the Management doesn't feel its important to help and serve their customers. Instead its far more important to show to customers, employees and others that serving themselves is far more important. I thought taking a job was about serving others, and why would a place that offer to help customer look for want to improve their pocket books and refuse to have civil communication. Part of running a genuine business includes civil and healthy communication, an approach their Management does not value or want. Nice to know Management, even some employee took a job to share excuses. Its no surprise there are so many problems within this country, especially when employees like the ones at this hotel, share their value of violence within this country. If someone genuinely hated the violence, they would do their job and not share excuse or have one-sided conversation
