We were on the second floor and the folks in the room above us on level 3 were very noisy with non stop heavy walking and banging of doors. We called receptionist about 1am. They sounded annoyed that we were complaining about the noise. I doubt they did anything. The noise started again about 6am. Not much sleep was achieved. This hotel does not have much sound proofing.

My fathers has cancer but they dont care

I have been here for about a week and yesterday.Because I had a problem letting them in my room to do room service.They have decided to not let me extend my stay. I did allow them to come in my room, i wasnt happy about it and showed my dismay. It was cluttery, not dirty. With a 2 hour notice it would of been in a proper condition for me to have guests over. I was upset because it wasnt spotless the way i would want it. If company was coming over and i was quiet embarrassed and humiliated by the situation. I asked for somevtime they declined and were forcful with the entry. Nothing is broken or dameged in the room. I cant help but get the impression that they found out my husband is with ICE so they have decided to humilate me even more by telling me i cant rebook. Im in town indefinitely to care for and visit my cancer stricken father who is at a hospital nearby. I was paying day to day because we dont know when he will pass. But thank Wyndham and La quinta for your hospitality. .

The staff is amazing, extremely friendly. I showed up two hours early and I asked if there was an early check in or if I could just leave my luggage somewhere safe. The simple check if there was a room ready and then let me check in. It was great, went to the room dropped off my gear and went to the game. Thanks for making my stay amazing
