Room 217 the door didn’t close all the way you can see light and feel air blowing in. The security latch was about to fall off. Mattress stained. Key card stopped working out last night, had dinner with us, waited 20 min for someone to come back to the office to reprogram card. Room was non smoking, but you had ppl smoking outside their door and on the steps so you had to constantly walk through a cloud of smoke. And with our door not sealing properly it cam into the room.

Earthquake!!!!! ALL AFTERNOON
The room was next to the hotel’s laundry room it was shaking the room all afternoon felt like an earthquake that lasted half the day. I last time I will choose this place.

I booked it because I thought Radisson had nice properties. Not so. The required room rate sheet was for Motel 6. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. There was a tiny bar of soap, that's it. Big burn mark on the TV stand, and don't get me started on the painting. It slopped over light switches, ceilings, and base trim etc., and yet, not all areas were painted. Did not smell nice when we walked in and furnishings were worn and dated. Terrible freeway noise and a loud train early in the morning. I book cheap hotels for my family all the time since we only sleep there. My expectations were already low, but this, was terrible. Only bright spot: the young man who checked us in was courteous and helpful.

Dog friendly for a great value!
We had a visitor coming from out of town, and my 16yo opted to go to this hotel for the night with my partner and our dog, since the dog couldn't be at the house for the night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. This is obviously not a 5 star resort, but it fit our needs perfectly!

There is this amazing woman on first or mid shift. Her name is Michelle and she is absolutely amazing. For someone who has never been there before, she was quick to tell us where the best spots to go were and what to do in the city. She is the absolute sweetest person I have ever met and deserves a raise! Another thing that this more interesting was the FanX Expo. You guys were excellent!

Rooms are dark and outdated--relics of the 80s or 90s maybe. Pretty noisy outside too. When I booked on Hotels.com the listing advertised it as a Motel6 but when I arrived I learned it "used" to be a Motel6 but is now a Radisson Park Inn.

Rooms were very tight, door did not have a tight seal. Cheapest smallest toilet in the bathroom. The pool was closed and covered both days which was a disappointment as it was shown in the pictures.
