Decent Hotel but needs some work

The room was mediocre, even though I payed a little bit more for a nicer room, the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. Also the breakfast was not up to par, the toaster was broken and the drink dispenser was too. So the only thing you could get was waffles or cereal or oatmeal. My wife got some cereal and said the milk tasted expired. But the waffles were good

Room was spacious and clean. the water in the shower stayed hot. the continental breakfast was very nice, included mini muffins, cereal, toast, waffles, and fruit. there was a hot tub just through the gym. staff was super friendly and helpful.

The cleaning is not his strength or attention. just that check in and enter my room when he went to the bathroom it turns out that he was dirty and the toilet was dirty. (orine) I went and told the reception what was happening and he told me sorry there is no one to clean right now if you want I give you some windex to clean it yourself. obviously do not use the bathroom until the other day waiting for him to arrive and ask the other person who was there if he could clean it and did not know that he had left the report.

Its cheap and close to ski bus pickup. Wasnt the best experience or the worst. Hot water was an issue every afternoon after coming back from skiing. I always had to wait til after 730pm in order to get hot water to shower. The drain in the tub had issues draining and by the third night, it didnt drain and i woke up the next morning to a tub of water still there. They gave me a room by an exit door and every time it opened n closed my room door would shutter like someone was trying to break in, very alarming first few times it happened lol. The rooms are cheap but so should be your expectations

Ok

The service here is great but the clientele is sketchy. Hotel is a solid 3 stars and in decent condition. It looks like some people live there or have some long term arrangement. Lots of noise and people partying late (past midnight). Neighborhood has lots of transients and homeless. If this hotel was in a different environment, it would be better but given the neighborhood, I wouldn’t stay here again.
