Not only were the staff extremely polite, but the entryway to the hotel provided a very presentable appeal. The breakfast was great, rooms well taken care of, and the location was super convenient for my weekend trip to Salt Lake City. I definitely recommend and can't wait to stay again.

I booked a king size bed. When i checked in they gave me a 2 queen beds room. When i went back and talk to the guy at the front desk he said they were all sold out of king room. Yet the place was empty and they were still taking bookings for king bed rooms. Its dissapointing when you dont get what you paid for. The place definitely needs a good deep cleaning.

150$ deposit then some sort of 3$ charge on my bill! This guys don’t care enough to communicate with you. Next morning when I brought that up they explained that the deposit is to limit certain people from coming in, the 3 dollars he said we will give it back. Well it’s been almost a week and I am still waiting for this refunded and nothing as of yet. I will never stay here again. When people check in at list tell me what you charging me. Don’t just start adding some fees ! I travel every week and I have never seen more unprofessional property. Personally I have never had a good experience with this brand and I will never stay here again. My advise to this property is when people give you their financial information don’t just go and start stacking up fees.
