Drawers wouldn’t close, towels had holes, sheets extremely thin, Mirror in bathroom was dirty, heater didn’t work well. They didn’t even make the bed or give us clean towels. Poor experience. Sorry

We were placed in room 114. The bed on the left is broken but you can’t tell until you lie in it. We kept sliding off as it was lopsided. Barely got any sleep because of this. When we complained to front desk they said there is nothing they can do about it.
