the toilet didn't flush well and the shower didn't work well. Half of the water continued coming out of the faucet when the shower knob was pulled up as far as I could pull it. Otherwise the stay was fine....

Rooms are not as sound-proof as the newer hotels. Door to room was very loose, even after being locked, wouldn’t have taken much to kick it in. There was also a gap under door about 1.5-2”. When entering, room felt very muggy and window was glued shut preventing the ability to air it out. Room was all hardwood, which is not a bad thing, but it was dirty…after walking around the room bottom of socks were covered in dirt and hair from previous occupants. Overall, not the worst place I’ve stayed in but it could definitely do with some improvements.

Needs work
This hotel needs some work. I was only there for a few short hours due to a long layover so it was sufficient but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. The beds rolled around and the room did not have a pleasant smell. The paint was chipped on walls throughout the interior of the hotel. The ice machine was dismantled as it was getting serviced but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out in years! There was a big spider in one of the corners of the ceiling. I will not be back.

Pros: cold A/C & comfortable bed good price Cons: flushing the toilet sometimes causes a sewage smell. Pool is absolutely freezing and Dirty in the middle of September. Housekeeping barged into my room at 9am and then came back at 11am on day 1 of my 2 day stay. Water pressure and temperature in the shower is less than ideal. 6 out of 10 would only recommend if you’re on a tight budget but it’s not awful

Used to be rundown and dilapidated but new reno has really upgraded everything. Private bathroom a bonus! Sink and marble counter with lots of space. Would stay again.
