We were only there a few hours to get a little rest before boarding the Amtrak in the wee hours of the morning. So all we noticed was the bed. But the front desk was great on check in - fast, friendly, accommodating. ❤️

Check in went to our room, key wouldn’t work and once we did get in somebody was squatting in it. We got another room and it looked like somebody just got done with their honeymoon there was hair everywhere and dirty don’t know how they would have any fun beds make so much noise when you get on them.

The person above me must have worn 500 lb combat boots as he/she stomped back and forth across the room. Started again at 6am and kept dropping things. I would have called the front desk but this always happens to me at Choice hotels and nothing gets resolved. I mentioned this to the desk clerk when I checked out - I had to explain it 5 times to her before she realized I was talking about the person above me and not some stranger in my room !!!! The person above me should pay for my room.
