Room was excellent, as were the staff. My only two complaints was that I could not get onto the internet because someone is already using my email address. So until that is fixed our next trip will be to elsewhere. And the coffee at breakfast was awful.

Had two reservations back to back, staying in area for medical. Advised by staff to check out from first in morning, and they would check me back in so that I did not have to change rooms. Discharge of family member was unexpected, so I checked out prior to 1:30, before check in time for second stay, but told I was just leaving, and they kept money for three days that I did not stay.

Great stay

Room was very nice and roomy. Having a kitchen helps when traveling with a family and from such a long way from home. Home-made food is always missed while traveling, so the kitchen is nice to have. Also having the separate living room area away from your bedroom is nice for separation.

A near perfect stay

The hotel is beautiful and a great location. The kitchen staff and the front desk staff were fantastic. My only issue with the hotel was housekeeping that was very lacking.

Great location, clean grounds, friendly staff, spotless room - we had a suite which was stocked with utensils, dishes, soap, paper towels etc. Parking was close. Guests could use the outdoor grill on the nice patio. Super clean and safe! Awesome view of the mountains.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. We happen to book during the same weekend there was a kids soccer game in the area. Hotel was full of unruly kids without parents watching them. Hallways, elevators, lobby filthy with discarded trash and food thrown on the floor. At night some punk kids thought it was funny to run and kick your door and then dash down the emergency stairwell. It startle the whole family at 11:30 PM. Why are 12 year olds running down the hallways and not being supervised by their parents at 11:30PM. Called down to the front desk and the male manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it, was almost like he was afraid. Why would you not have a security guard at night????? The manager mention a ton of people were calling down reporting issues. Why? SMH
