The shuttle driver from the airport left me behind in lieu of an airline employee who burst in line, then scolded me for not stepping up faster. Came back 45 minutes later. The deadbolt lock did not work. Asked the front desk for change for a $20.00 bill…he had none. What if someone wanted to cash out their stay? I guess no tip for the shuttle driver or housekeeping , which is my norm.

Its clear that they are in the process of renovating and while our updated room was clean, many of the advertised amenities were not available. Specifically the pool, which was the main reason i chose this hotel. We were not informed before or during check-in that it was unavailable. I googled the hotel the night we checked-in & found out(unfortunately after we had already paid) that the pool was broken & it still showed it as an available amenity. There were also broken ice machines & broken washing machines. People should be told the truth when making online bookings & at very least at check-in BEFORE they pay for something that isn't available.

I would not recommend

The room we were given was next to an outer door to the parking lot. This door had tape over the lock, so it wasn’t secure. Add this to the fact the room they gave us on the first floor would not lock, and you could push it open. Front desk person seemed put out when we reported it and reluctantly found us a room on the second floor. This room locked, but the AC unit was noisy.
