They charge me $100 of my deposit and kept it and they which the reason to keep $100 deposit because I went down there at 1 o'clock in the morning to complain about the sheets been dirty hair been on the sheets and bugs and it seems like blood so the next morning I'll check her out and they said that I asked my deposit and they said they're gonna keep my deposit because of me during the sheets. I want my money back.

They take care of the outside of the building and the inside of the building and Mr. Sam who runs the front desk him and his wife they’re great people an awesome place to stay well worth the value well worth the money thank you so much for always being a place for me to stay when I come to Salt Lake City.

The place is basically a run down dump !! They put no money into it to keep it up and everything is severely dated and old !!

I guess you get what you pay for and while I wasn’t expecting fancy for the price, I expected better. Everything is pretty run down and outdated- stains on old carpet, holes in curtains, etc. The sheets were dingy as well, plus those terrible tiny, square pillows. There weren’t any charging stations for devices and the 4 tv channels were terrible. The front desk service was odd- cash deposit so I had to use an ATM, then the guy lectured me about not getting makeup on the towels. The next day there was a german shepherd at the front desk that barked loudly at people walking by. I won’t stay here again.

Do NOT stay here!

When we checked in, the night person was short, abrupt and not very friendly. Also made us feel really scared to even use the towels at all and accidentally get any ounce of dirt or anything on them on them or we would not get our $100 cash deposit back. Carpets were filthy walking across them on bare feet and our bathtub faucet was sticking out of the wall and not very secure. The fridge was gross and we didn’t even have a microwave in the room either. The safe also had a bunch of missing numbers on it so we couldn’t even store anything in the safe. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here at all!
