Our stay was great from check-in to check-out. Mel H (front desk clerk) was friendly, courteous, and made sure we were taken care of. Everything was clean and tidy. The only negative was the mini fridge in the room did not work. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

We had a nice stay , as a family we came down for Frightmares. at Lagoon and a concert .Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was nice. The other nice thing about this hotel is check in is at 3 and checkout is noon.

Do not stay if you want rest
All was great until about 11 pm when you could clearly hear the TV in the room next to us. It was evident that rooms didn't have sufficient insulation for a sound barrier. At about 1 am there was about a 10-minute party in the hall and the TV next door was finally shut off at 2 am. That lack of great made the entire stay horrible.

Very very loud. Couch was dirty. The mattress was pulled out from the bed just a bit and the area between was was filled with crumbs and dust. I wanted to use the spare blanket in the closet but it was covered in dog hair, when I took it to the front desk he laughed and said “weird we don’t even allow dogs”. The check in guy was very nice
