Our stay at the west valley city utah springhill hotel was one of our best experiences yet. I am left completely astonished at the great service there. On a scale of 1-10 i would rate the hotel a 10. The parking was around a few meters away from the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a great amenity. We formally appreciate your support.

Very uncomfortable stay

The facility feels outdated, and the noise from the air conditioner made it difficult to sleep. I booked a suite to accommodate five people, expecting that an adult could sleep on the sofa bed. However, the sofa bed is so small that it’s only suitable for a child — but having a child sleep alone on it doesn’t make sense either. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have booked such a suite. Overall, it is worth a star; if zero were possible, I’d still give that a star.
