We reserved a king accessible room but it was on the second floor with no elevator and I can’t do steps. We had to settle for one queen with two tiny flat pillows and I did not feel we got what we paid for. Check in was very slow and employees didn’t seem knowledgeable about their hotel. It wasn’t fun. However the bar and grill in the hotel was great

Run... don't walk in the other direction! Staff was SLOOOOWWW and kind of off putting. One guy did all the work, and another just sat and watched and had clear issues even communicating. I had to tell him three times I had already checked in. It took over 10 minutes to buy a soda! The hotel was old, run down and had a smell. Room was sticky and run down.

Poor build and maintenance. Toilet continues to run, air conditioner power cycling on/off. Caulking around bathroom was dreadful. Noise level coming from adjacent room was terrible, like paper walls. Breakfast was very limiited, no oatmeal! No fruit. No yogurt. Only one waffle maker, long lines. Smoking outside is pulled into vents into room.

First I’ll say no where on the site or hotel does it say when the shuttle from the airport stops. So in ended up having to pay uber to get a ride to the hotel. At the hotel and room the bathroom was dirty and had a hard time flushing. The manger didn’t do anything about it. Best thing about this hotel was my view of the road.
