it was convenient. people seemed nice. 1 lamp didn't have a place to plug in and bulb was out. room was clean and beds were comfortable. no safety bar in the shower though and that was awkward.

This property should not be an option on Orbitz. Extremely rundown. Key Card to get into my room did not work three times and I had to return to the front desk to get card fixed. Other rooms playing loud music. Small pillows.

Not Maintained (2 star facility)

I will never stay here again. The property itself was upgraded but the “upgrades” were done by 8yr olds. It has the smell of must and dirty, we saw cockroaches. This hotel was rated a 4 star and the pics look good. It’s such a disguise. Everything was broken in the “gym”. No elevator, rooms had a stove but literally only a stove (no pots, pans, plates, utensils), the cabinets were empty. I’m assuming the “kitchen” was for show. No microwave but had a full size frig. If you want a 1-2star location, this is it. Do not be fooled by the pics.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean and none of the gym equipment worked. However, the beds were comfortable. Overall this facility could use updating.

When I walked in at 11:45 am to check in, the person at the desk told me that I could not check in till 3:00 pm. I told them that I will cancel my reservation and go some where else. Guy was quick to change his mind and gave me a room right away. Later I went and asked the receptionist if there was any fast food places near by. He stated that there wasn't and tried to send me to their small bar and grill in the hotel. After going outside to get in my truck, I seen a subway and a Wendy's right across the street.. I hate being lied too.

This hotel is NOT above a 2 star. Not very well maintained and no elevator, so hope that you don’t get a 2nd floor.

This was not a hotel, more like a run down motel. The toilet was disgusting, tub did not drain and it felt very unsafe. I had my daughter with me for a volleyball tournament and had to keep an eye open for her safety.

This was the worst experience that I've had since starting using hotels.com. I was charged a $250 deposit that was not mentioned. The clerk was rude to my guest and to other guests.

The room was small, the kitchenette area was inches from the bed (2 queens).The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The rooms were reasonably clean. The noise wasn't too bad.The exterior property needed cleaning. The hallway smelled musty. Location to the freeways and airport were great.

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette. I purchased groceries from a local supermarket and put them in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. I had restful sleep and great showers.
