we stayed here for one night. One of the employees said that they will refund us the money we paid for the other two days, but they lied to us and they didn’t refund it.

The woman who checked us in and out was amazing and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Wasn't excepting there to be zero cable to watch T.V. on. Our room was right against the washer and dryers and when in use shook the bed, causing some discomfort and fustration when being woken up by it. Excepting a larger or more pillows. We did enjoy showering with the daddy long legs.

No hot water, apparently had a broken pipe. Ice machine broken. Had a spill on a bed, asked for the linens to be changed and room serviced, no one ever showed up. Super noisy, from street, and other rooms. Not offered any type of reimbursement for no hot water during 2 night stay.

We attempted to check in to the hotel around 4 pm, the concierge told us our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes. The room wasn’t ready until 5 pm which was over a 30 minute wait. We walked into the room and it was disgusting! It smelled, there were crumbs on the ground by the window, the bathtub was stained, and the toilet was leaking. We immediately took our bags to the car and checked out. We ended up staying at another hotel.

There is no cleaning or towel replacement from the moment you check in. The mid building access door lock is broken and the building is accessible 24hrs a day to anyone Our shampoo and conditioner were mostly empty, the towels have holes and questionable stains. Our nonsmoking room was definitely a smoking room recently, the ac was turned very low to cover up the smell, the air conditioning shut off throughout the night and beeped continuously until it was reset, or just shut off completely, the middle of the night 3hrs beeping intermittent was not good. The bed is horrible, springs poking, two very small, dirty, lumpy pillows for a king size, bed on wheels, pushes away from headboard while shifting during sleep.

Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación lista y tuvimos que esperar para que luego nos dijeran que no tenían habitaciones disponibles y nos enviaron a otro hotel. Y el uso del aire acondicionado es muy limitado, usan más ventiladores...me hubiese gustado una mejor experiencia
