Service was good. The hotel need some cleaning. Bathroom very poor condition and dirty. Broken window in the bathroom, bathtub was discussing. Not able to add pictures. The staff are very nice.

The room was very clean and the management and staff were competent and friendly. I had a great stay for a very reasonable price!

$100 cash deposit required

They required a $100 cash deposit. This was not listed anywhere in there hotel description...it was on a paper sign when we tried to check in.We had no cash and their ATM was empty so we had to find our CU to get the money Bathroom vent was rusted and ceiling was discolored/moldy. Bathroom door hinges were loose so it wouldn't close. Curtains were shredded. Main room outlets were loose and there were not enough. We had to unplug fridge or light to have a spot for our computer. Door to the room had large gaps. Water pressure and temperature was good, bed was comfortable and TV worked well.

Had a problem and they fixed it immediately

We had a problem with the bed. One end was broke and we had some water in the bathrooms from the roof but they took care of was transferred us in another room. They were fantastic

I didn't know they only accept cash for deposit. I told them I can go get cash, they forced me to use the ATM they have there. The room is not clean, the bathroom is very dirty, the drain in the shower not going down, it's smell so bad. The room doesn't look like the photos that I've seen when booking.

Ants and no lights

Motel 6 has been better than this. I’m not that picky with hotels because it’s usually just a place to stay and leave. There were no working or bright lights in the room, it hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how many uses and when you have a closer look, there were ants everywhere. I did not even get to the bathroom or check the beds so I’m not sure if there were bedbugs or not. I asked for another room and they were not able to give me another one. I asked for a refund and they said no. This has been the worst hotel I have ever been to and it frustrates me that even when the hotel is at fault for a filthy room, they still won’t accept a refund. I will not be returning. I wish I would have taken some pictures of the ridiculousness.

So the staff is amazing. Let’s get that out first. The issue is that the facilities are so outdated. Outlets 2 prong and not current 3 so charging is hard unless you unplug the tv or fridge. My shower was backed up but the staff moved me to another room and it was fine. Also, I travel for business and having a better desk and chair option for working travelers would be amazing as well. Comfy beds, very good cleaning staff but this place just needs some modernization and they can also charge a little more.

No Frills, but covers the basics

No frills, just a clean room w/ microwave oven, fridge, TV, and Wifi. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to TRAX station or downtown. Adequate parking.
