The place was clean and nice. Very eco-friendly. The staff was nice. The biggest problem was the noise, people slamming doors and people stomping in their room and down the halls. Also their prices for their snacks were well priced. Their complimentary breakfast was ok. Weird combo of food but the kiddos liked it

This was a great place. The only thing we didn't like was there should be better pool signage. It said it was out of order instead of stating that every day they check the water conditions for safety. Both days we were there the sign said it, it's like they don't want you to use the pool. Also there should be a sign on how to open the door to it because you have to lift the handle all the way 180 degrees to open the door. I almost called and talked to a manager about leaving and getting a refund bc of their sign. I thought we could not use the pool. Just communicate better and update your signs.
