Air conditioning never worked properly. On AC too cold and off room too hot. Called maintenance but still same, no fix. Insufficient towels and replacements old and felt unclean. Had don’t disturb sign on door. House keeper opened door anyway.

Hotel muito bom. Café da manha muito limpo, cheio de variedades e organizado. O quarto são bons e limpos. A localização é otima tanto para locomoção(Uber, Taxi e ônibus)quanto para rejeições ( ao lado de um shopping). O grande diferencial são os funcionários muito educadoa e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e em boas condições. A equipe atendeu bem, foram ágeis e prestativos. O que deixa a desejar é o barulho. Os sons externos incomodaram muito. Abertura de portas dos os outros quartos, barulho de descarga e chuveiro dos outros quartos, conversas nos outros quartos... Não há um isolamento acústico decente no prédio. Muito ruim, se soubesse teria levado protetor auricular.
