Very basic, lacking items like cups

The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location

The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Péssima experiência na Rede Andrade Barra

O Hotel é bastante mal preservado, aparelhos de ar condicionado que não regulam a temperatura, televisão do quarto ruim, não havia coberta individual, chave do quarto desmagnetizava várias vezes ao dia, café da manhã mal organizado. Para coroar a experiência ruim, so tinha um elevador funcionando, o que nos fez algumas vezes subir e descer 7 andares de escada! Nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel!

NÃO SE HOSPEDEM

Horrível! Não é um hotel familiar. Foi muito desrespeitoso. Não é um hotel limpo. Cheio de baratas e outros insetos, muito mesmo, minha filha passou 1 semana sem durmir direito, ela tem pânico de baratas. Tinham baratas saindo até da cozinha. Sem falar nos banheiros imundos. A limpeza de quarto demorou 3 dias para ir e quando foi parece que ficou pior. Não é um hotel confortável. O vaso do banheiro atrapalha a entrada do box, outros hospedes pediram pra ver meu quarto para confirmar se eram todos iguais, surreal. Inclusive ralo bo box entupido, vaso entupido, muito nojento. Café da manhã péssimo para não usar palavras piores. Não reclamo de alimentação, mas não contem com café da manhã. Faltava muita coisa e não era reposto, além da qualidade de boteco ruim. 100% das poquíssimas famílias que estavam lá na semana que estivesse saíram indignados. A foto e descrição na hora da reserva não condiz com a realidade. Elevador velho, parecia que ia cair de tão velho e sem manutenção, assim como o hotel todo.

Péssima estadia! 1 Elevador quebrado, demorando mais de 10min pra se locomover entre os andares. O café da manhã é de baixissima qualidade: comida mal temperada, salsicha da pior qualidade, pão duro. Não tem manta, não tem toalha pra trocar. Não tem serviços de quarto: a camareira entrou no quarto e apenas dobrou o lençol. Não me senti segura no local, não tem nenhum segurança e quem entra, sobe. Foi a pior estadia da minha vida! Não achei que fosse possível existir um local assim.
