Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Um dos elevadores quebrou várias vezes. A gerente era ótima, mas o funcionários da recepção , sem ela perto, horríveis! Troca de lençóis e toalhas a cada 2 dias, nunca vi isso. A localização é excelente , mas ainda há muito o que melhorar.

Pelo preço da diária, o hotel deveria ser melhor cuidado. Entendo que o ponte forte é a localização pq fica de frente para a praia do porto da barra, uma excelente praia pra banho, além de ser perto de mercado, parada de ônibus, estação bike Itaú e restaurantes. Mas o hotel tem quartos bem ruins pelo preço. As paredes são bem finas e se escuta tudo que acontece nos quartos do lado, alem do corredor. Se vc tem problema com barulhos esse não é o hotel pra vc. Tivemos problemas com o quarto vizinho falando alto as 2h da manha e minha esposa que teve que pedir silêncio pra eles kkkkk. Não existe vedação das janelas/varanda. Fiquei no 10° andar e a varandinha não fechava direito, então dava pra ouvir TUDO na rua. Nos dois primeiros dias foi bem difícil de dormir por conta de festas na rua e som alto. O check-in foi tranquilo e checkout bem rápido. Uma coisa que incomoda bastante é que tem que ficar magnetizando o cartão toda vez que sai do hotel e sempre tem bastante gente na recepção sendo atendida. O café da manhã é bem mediano, fiquei durante 4 dias e foi razoável. Teve 4 tipos de pães, iogurte, sucrilhos, mugunzá, macaxeira, banana cozida, salsicha, ovos, presunto, queijo, 3 tipos de bolo e 3 tipos de fruta. Eles só não variam muito o cardapio, então é sempre a mesma coisa e pratos que parecem ser resto de ontem. A piscina é legal e o bar é muito bom, preços bons e atendimento bom tbm. Pra um hotel que sempre tá cheio e ganha tanto dinheiro esperava mais do serviço.
