Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

De todos os hotéis que fiquei na minha vida eu nunca estive em um como este, confesso que minha esposa e eu ficamos sem acreditar que esse estabelecimento é um hotel, quando chegamos na entrada tudo bem, fizemos o check in e subimos pro quarto, quando abrimos a porta veio a decepção o quarto era horrível, a piso manchado, a cama parecia ter uns 30 anos de uso, tv não funcionava, não tivemos coragem de desfazer as malas, o banheiro pior que banheiro publico, serio sem exagero. Não somos exigentes mas esse estabelecimento precisa de uma intervenção urgente.

Hotel, com estrutura boa, excelente localização e um café da manhã razoável. Ótima piscina! O quarto bem acabado com cama confortável, com excelente vista para a praia e uma boa central de ar condicionado. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do banheiro, bem como o forte odor emitido pelo ralo, que incomodou bastante.

A localização é realmente EXCEPCIONAL, a poucos metros da praia da baia e orla com vários restaurantes/sorveterias/açaí e etc. Tem até supermercado grande bem próximo e não é muito longe do shopping da Barra. Hotel tudo ok, ar condicionado split novo, café da manhã bom, mas nos primeiros dias tínhamos passeios bem cedo e enfrentamos fila no café da manhã, mas deu tudo certo. Tem sinuca, piscina com uma loja que vende bebidas e outras coisas em frente à piscina. Tem MALEIRO: No último dia fizemos checkout 12:00 e nosso vôo era 23:00. Deixamos as malas no maleiro do hotel e passeamos à tarde, voltamos à noite ao hotel e pegamos as malas.

No primeiro dia do Hotel o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, porém, após reclamar foi feito uma limpeza que melhorou bastante. Ressalto que é um prédio antigo, mas apresenta um bom custo beneficio por ser em frente a praia.

Não trocaram as toalhas, quando trocaram deixaram somente uma em um quarto pra três pessoas. Ar condições falhava a todo momento e por fim parou de funcionar. A cama de casal não era casal, cama de solteiro juntas, que se separavam e eram de péssima qualidade. Vazamento de água na pia do banheiro, molhando todo o piso. Hotel não disponibiliza cobertas ou edredons. Café da manhã repetitivo e de qualidade baixa. Lixo nos corredores gerando odores mosquitos.
