This was a great stay. It is starting to look dated but progress in up grades can be seen around the resort. Resturant was great. Lots of choices for food and beach space in area around by foot. For our first time in Brazil from Canada felt safe walking around even at night Only bad thing was heavy sewage smell in bathrooms all three of our rooms with no vent fans Staff at front desk was over the top, most of the time with English option.

We had some problems because the room the put us was not as it should be but they gave us un upgrade and we had a great time. Especially with the full moon rising on the sky right in front of us 👏👏👏👏🌞🌕🌝

Aconchegante, voltaria com certeza!
Café da manhã bem servido, quarto superior (101) muito espaçoso e aconchegante (cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama confortáveis), com vista para o mar. Restaurante do hotel serve pratos saborosos e bem apresentados. Área da piscina gostosa. Serviço excelente! Todos muito simpáticos e prestativos!! Na praia se formam piscinas naturais. Contras: localização deixa a desejar em termos de entretenimento, porém, pra quem procura relaxar dentro do hotel, acho uma ótima opção. Se for à praia leve sua cadeira/guarda-sol, pois tem pouca estrutura (na parte mais próxima ao hotel). Tem algumas barracas, mas achei a higiene precária.

Escrevi antes de chegar pedindo para que o quarto tivesse um berço já pronto pois estaríamos chegando de um voo internacional com um bebê as 10 da noite. Ao chegar no hotel, nos colocaram em um quarto que o ar condicionado estava quebrado. Nos disseram que o hotel estava lotado e iam concertar o ar. Depois de meia hora é muito estresse “concertaram” o ar, apenas para 10 minutos depois o ar começar a fazer um barulho estrondoso e fazer meu filho entrar em pânico. Só então eles finalmente nos trocaram de quarto. O processo todo demorou quase uma hora. Algo que poderia e deveria ter sido evitado caso a equipe do hotel prestasse mais atenção às condições dos equipamentos eletrônicos. O ar deve ter pelo menos 20 anos. O da sala era novo. Por que não trocar os dois? Porque no primeiro instante que sabiam que estávamos com um bebê que precisava dormir já não nos trocaram de quarto? Absurdo!!!!

It is a beautiful and boutique property , very special and unique. The service was fabulous and the staff was so friendly! We love the breakfast each morning and the pool is amazing. It was great for our family and would recommend to anyone traveling with kids or just a couple looking to spend a few nights away. A truly lovely little getaway in Itapua!

Reasonably priced and lovely staff
A nice hotel with excellent service from very good staff but a few rough edges. The fit and finish around the hotel is beginning to show its age. The sofa in my room was not comfortable and the chair at the desks is too low. However the food is excellent and they even allow you to order from the restaurant menu as room service.

As a fan of bossa nova and Vinicius de Moraes, I really wanted to have an enjoyable stay and leave a good review. However, it was very difficult to get quality sleep in the hotel/suite. There was little to no noiseproofing in the room, waking me up multiple times every night from people passing by the hallway, staff using their walkie talkies, and the opening of the door from the room across from mine. There was construction every single day except on Sunday of my ten day stay, starting at 7am. The property was beautiful and the staff was very polite, however I was quite disappointed and won't be staying there again because of the noise.
