Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Primeiramente vou destacar o que talvez seja o único ponto positivo que é a localização pra quem gosta de sair a noite e tal, o café da manhã é razoável as condições da estrutura do hotel são péssimas o elevador constantemente em manutenção, no primeiro dia teve um hospede que ficou preso dentro de um deles, então fujam dessa bomba. Não indico o hotel para férias ou feriados em família.

Pode melhorar, mas atende às necessidades.
O hotel estava precisando de um serviço no banheiro, vez ou outra voltava o suspiro da foça, não tinha shampoo nem condicionador no banheiro, apenas sabonete de cortesia, fora isso tudo estava bem dentro do esperado. Equipe do hotel bem atenciosa e solicita.

O atendimento do hotel foi maravilhoso. Agora a limpeza era terrível, as toalhas e roupas de cama furadas com um cheiro desagradavel. O hotel em si não tem manutenção. O quarto estava bem deteriorado. A comida do café da manhã era horrível.

A recepção foi muito boa, mas as toalhas eram tão velhas e manchadas que pareciam sujas. O quarto tinha manchas de umidade e mofo! Não havia como separar o lixo do quarto, porque só tinha uma lixeira. Existiam talheres e copos de plástico no café da manhã. Poucas opções veganas e sem açúcar no café da manhã.

infelizmente não foi uma das melhores… foi minha primeira vez viajando para salvador. me decepcionei com o café da manhã. acho que um dos piores que já vi. eu gostei do meu quarto e do atendimento! tirando isso, café da manhã, elevador (tinha dia q não funcionava), limpeza e toalhas bem ruins. a localização é perfeita.. tudo pertinho. mas precisa melhorar e muito. no mais deu pra quebrar um galho.. até pelo preço também né. enfim.. adorei a galera da recepção, os tios lá do estacionamento e portão, as tias da cozinha alto astral tbm. tbm gostei da smart tv no quarto e ar-condicionado.. além do chuveiro térmico… pior experiência foi o café da manhã sem dúvida.. esperava mais.
