Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Li muitos comentários negativos, mas acho que é importante alinhar as expectativas: se você busca um hotel 5 estrelas, esteja disposto a pagar mais caro. Fui para este hotel em minha lua de mel, e minha esposa e eu adoramos a experiência. Por quê? Porque fomos sem criar expectativas exageradas e aproveitamos tudo do nosso jeito. Claro, houve alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar. O café da manhã, por exemplo, poderia ser mais organizado, já que o espaço do hall é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Além disso, a cama bipartida acabou formando um desnível no meio, o que não foi tão confortável. Fora isso, tudo foi ótimo! Atendimento excelente, equipe ágil (pedimos um edredom e foi entregue em dois minutos!), uma vista maravilhosa e uma localização privilegiada, perto da Praia da Paciência, Barra e Piatã. No geral, não tivemos arrependimentos. Minha dica é: não se deixe levar pelos comentários negativos. Se você gosta de luxo e é mais exigente (afrescalhado.), tenha dinheiro pra pagar um Fasano da vida. Mas, para quem quer uma experiência agradável, este hotel é uma ótima escolha!

O Atendimento da Recepção muito ruim no Check In após todo o cadastro. Me liberaram um quarto. Porem quando cheguei ate o quarto o mesmo ja estava ocupado. Demonstrou total despreparo na organização. Voltei ate a Recepção reclamei eles ficaram tudo sem entender. Ai me liberou outro quarto.

Tenho acrescentar é que o elevador só funciona 2 de três e com isso demora um pouco, a área onde é servido o café é pequena e no último dia bem lotado não consegui ficar pra comer, a piscina tbm não suporta muitos hóspedes, o estacionamento por ser no subsolo do hotel poderia ser gratuito. Mas de forma geral o hotel é bom e a hospedagem foi boa.
