Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Caia fora desse hotel pra não ter dor de cabeça
Se você está em dúvida, não faça como eu ignorando este comentário ou você irá sentir na pele: a falta de cordialidade dos funcionários; desorganização no estacionamento; estrutura de elevadores precária (somente 3 pra um edifício de 12 andares e em alta estação como é o fim de ano, foi terrível). Além do café da manhã sem nenhuma gracinha (me refiro a itens diferentes e gostosos como um pãozinho de queijo e biscoitos). O enxoval do quarto é de quinta categoria (toalhas pequenas e extremamente finas, depois de um belo banho, ficam encharcadas!). E ainda tive que desembolsar $50 do cartão do quarto que deixei na portaria mas não estava mais lá. Organização nota dó! A localização é legal, excelente vista do último andar (onde tem piscina e café da manhã) mas os pontos que destaquei deixam a estadia sofrível. Se eu fosse você, gastaria $80 a mais em um ótimo hotel da Pituba, por exemplo.

Hotel péssimo, não recomendo, nem pelo custo benefício. Ambinetes sujos, quarto sujo com areia de praia embaixo das camas, cabelo de mulher pelo banheiro (parece que nada foi varrido). Atendimento da recepção logo de chegada péssimo, o rapaz mal educado, ríspido. Parecia que estava fazendo um favor para a gente. Teve um dia que levaram as toalhas e nos deixaram sem. Chegamos da praia, e não tinha como tomar banho. O café da manhã foi a única coisa boa, e com bom atendimento pelo pessoal da cozinha. De resto, é um hotel de quinta categoria.

Horrível o atendimento e cuidado com os hóspedes, lençóis péssimo na cama, toalhas encardidas, tinha fila para o cafe da manha e as imagens para vendas de diaria sao totalmente diferentes da realidade, estrutura bem deteriorado. Horrível a experiência nao volto nunca mais la.

Razoável, o hotel trás uma sensação boa de segurança por ser na vertical e por ter sempre pessoas na recepção. Café da manhã bom e bem organizado com uma bela vista, entretanto, a limpeza do quarto e da piscina deixam a desejar... Passamos 4 dias e não fizeram limpeza no quarto, nem trocaram as toalhas ou adicionaram papel higiênico como solicitado, a piscina é bem suja com areia de praia e tudo.. Senti falta de um área de lazer e socialização... Mas no geral foi razoável.

O hotel é bem localizado e claramente já teve seus dias de glória. No entanto, atualmente, apresenta alguns desafios que precisam ser abordados. O ambiente está um pouco desgastado e, em alguns momentos, há um cheiro estranho no quarto, semelhante a enxofre, que surge ocasionalmente. A equipe de atendimento é solícita e faz o melhor que pode, mas enfrenta limitações, pois a central de reservas não está localizada na cidade, o que pode gerar alguns inconvenientes. Outro ponto a considerar é a garagem, que possui capacidade limitada, obrigando vários carros a ficarem estacionados na rua. Considerando o valor pago pela diária, é compreensível que certos luxos não estejam disponíveis, mas algumas melhorias poderiam realmente elevar a experiência dos hóspedes.
