Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Awful neighborhood. Hotel pool was dirty and small. Breakfast room crowded and unappealing. Bathroom towels were extremely old and ragged.

Pessima, muita demora, os stendentes bons, simpaticos , mais o hotel nao tem nada a ver com as fotos que aparecem no hoteis.com, corredores sujos cafe da manha nao tem nada a ver com as fotos, pratos e talheres mau lavados com restos de comida, cafe da manha ruim, tinha barata morta no corredor e ninguem limpava, eu achei estranho o hoteis.com estar apresentando hoteis desse tipo, fiquei na recepcao aguardando muito tempo e vi muitos hospedes saindo e reclamando muito , pra melhorar teria que comecar de novo.

Para a finalidade custo benefício, tomar café, dormir e tomar banho estava bom. Mas espaço do café é pequeno, sempre faltando talheres ou alguma comida. Estrutura do hotel em si bem precária, com ferrugem no banheiro, teto do corredor estufado, lençol e toalhas manchados. Equipe educada e solicita.

Nunca mais eu piso os pés ali com fé em Deus

Hotel sem qualquer situação de acomodação estacionamento marcava gratuito porem foi cobrado limpesa dos quartos sem nenhuma situação e sem troca de toalhas e banheiros entupidos e vazamento de agua pelo quarto e o café da manhã regrado a cachorro quente e sem variedade.

Deixou a desejar. Na hora do chekin ficamos esperando horas na recepção, pois não tinham quartos limpos, por conta segundo eles da alta demanda. Depois ainda aguardamos uma das camareiras separar uma cama de casal para formar 3 camas, sendo que solicitamos quarto triplo com camas separadas. Banheiro com espelho manchado, pia com dificuldade para descer água e ralo enferrujado. Não trocaram roupas de cama e toalhas após dois dias. Piscina as paredes sujas, vidros sujos, bordas da piscina suja. Elevadores quebrados, inclusive um ficou sem funcionar em um dos dias.
