This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Infelizmente peguei um quarto que era o maior do hotel, tinha sala com sofá e o ar da sala estragado, o do quarto ligava e não gelava, me trocaram para um quarto menor, eu recusei, ai me trocaram para outro um pouco maior, mas não era do mesmo modelo que pedi, com sala e sofá, tive uma estadia horrivel, ar condicionado sujo, internet nao funcionava direito, hydro do terraço não funcionava, enfim nada a agradecer

Localização Boa, mas Estrutura e Serviços Simples
Apesar de sua excelente localização e bom custo-benefício, este hotel deixa a desejar em vários aspectos. Os colchões, lençóis e toalhas são antigos e bastante desgastados, comprometendo o conforto. A limpeza poderia ser mais caprichada, e o café da manhã, embora conveniente, torna-se repetitivo já no segundo dia, pois o cardápio não varia. É uma opção prática, mas com melhorias, poderia oferecer uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

Razoável, já foi muito melhor, quarto com paredes sujas, toalhas manchadas, travesseiros péssimo quase não existe, janela com feche enferrujado, bancada de azulejo trincada e o café da manhã fraquíssimo, antes de pertencer a rede Andrade era 1000x melhor.

Uma experiência terrível!
Nossa estadia foi decepcionante. É inconcebível um hotel que não tenha o básico para os seus hóspedes. No banheiro não tinha um tapete de banheiro nem toalha de rosto. Os ençóis e toalhas de banho estava, em sua maioria, estragados ou rasgados. O quarto estava com vários pontos de sujeira, paredes manchadas de sujeira e um odor horrível de cloro. No quarto não havia qualquer comunicação direta com a recepção. Precisávamos ir até eles para nos comunicar, uma vez que não havia ramal. Sem falar na falta de educação de alguns funcionários que nos atenderam com rispidez como se estivesse fazendo um favor em nos atender. Uma viagem tão planejada, entretanto, totalmente frustrada devido a um péssimo serviço e condições de atendimento precárias.

Não vale o investimento.
Experiência relativamente baixa. O Hotel parece estar em decadência. Os atendentes não são simpáticos, parecem sempre estarem fazendo um favor. Não tem serviço de quarto, os quartos não tem ramal para a recepção. A limpeza é precária, fiquei 07 dias e não lavaram o banheiro, toalhas em 07 dias apenas uma troca, roupa de cama bem velha, a minha estava rasgada e só trocaram depois de 03 dias.

Serviço bom, mas alguns problemas com o quarto.
A estadia foi muito boa, mas alguns pontos se destacaram negativamente. Como a presença de pequenos insetos e baratas no quarto, que viviam em buracos no chão e na madeira da mesa. Havia também um vazamento grande no banheiro, que durante o banho molhava todo o chão. Além disso, o Wi-fi não funcionava no quarto, apenas nos corredores e áreas comuns do prédio. Por fim, a piscina não era limpada regularmente. Fora isso, a estadia foi boa.
