There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, the food was inedible and it was uncomfortable. I'm sorry to say the hotel is a blatant disgrace.

Apenas uma funcionária simpática e os demais muito grosseiros Fui colocada inicialmente num quarto que os olhos ardiam de tanto mofo! Depois de “brigar” fui trocada de quarto. Com muita má vontade por parte dos funcionários. Apenas uma moça teve boa vontade e simpatia! Quartos com limpeza duvidosa, não tinha toalha de banho! Pedi e não entregaram… peguei extra no quarto de um amigo q estava hospedado lá também… não esperava uma super hospedagem mas foi muito aquém… O café da manhã é bom! Teve variedade de frutas e pães

No dia 14 de setembro 2024 na hora do check-in o pessoal da recepcao super mal Educados quem estava nesse horario que eu e minha esposa estava dando entrada nem se que perguntou e foi logo mandando a gente fazer o cadastro sendo que nao e a nossa primeira estadia . Outra coisa falamos sobre a Tv do quarto e o colcal que nos colocamos e nao deram a minima sendo que pagamos e parece que estavamos pedindo dando o pior quarto para aeu e minha esposa . Servico do cafe excelente e a equipe que estava la na nossa saida tambem super prestativos .
