IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

Simplesmente horrível, instalações totalmente sujas, o quarto banheiro sujo não fazia a limpeza diária, a cama era para ser de casal mas colocaram 2 camas de solteiro juntas era impossível dormir com o casal juntos. Café da manhã de péssima qualidade.

Hotel sem estrutura pra acomodação

Hotel bem localizado, mas com estrutura terrível, cama desconfortável, lençóis e toalhas sujos, não havia muita segurança na porta do quarto, o chuveiro elétrico não esquentou nenhum dia, solicitei o conserto mas não fizeram e tive que permanecer no mesmo quarto pois alegaram indisponibilidade. Percebi vários hóspedes reclamando das instalações elétricas, sujeiras e estrutura bem antiga do hotel. Eu não indico!

Péssima experiencia! Nem me pagando eu ficaria.

Pessima experienca, não vale o preço, serviço de qurto horrivel, cheio de traças na parede, sujeira no quarto no momento do check-in, torneira não travada abaixo da pia gerando dificuldade em abrir e fechar, chuveiro não esquenta com facilidade além de estar com o furos sujos e/ou entupidos! Gente, sei que é um hotel econômico mas isso não justifica o desleixo, a falta de cuidado e de higiene. A gestão precisa urgentemente se atentar a coisas básicas. Encontrei diversas pessoas na recepção reclamando sobre problemas semelhantes.
