1. There is stain in the water pot 2. The fridge isn’t work at all, which we can’t store any products that required a cold temperature 3. The drainage system in the bathroom isn’t work, there is water accumulating while bathing 4. The furniture is dirty inside the room, there are even food crumbs in the side of the chair. The above mentioned point can’t be accepted under any circumstances. The only perspective worth mentioning is the location, which is really convenient as it is nearby the train station.

The location of this hotel is amazing is great if you need easy access to the train/ bus station. They have luggage storage which was fantastic! The hotel itself though was old and dingy. The shower head wouldn’t work without spraying all over the bathroom and random pieces of the shower would fall off.

The Room we were given at first was not big enough for 2 people. We then requested for the room that was shown on our printout. The gentleman there was very kind and gave us the room shown on our printout which then made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Need to mention this for everyone else's comfort going forward ...the wash basin and potty is pretty badly stained and not a good look for guests. The drainage needs some attention too. Its mainly the cap that sits over the drain falls into lock position and has to be lifted up for water to drain which is not a very sanitizing thing for guest to do. Over all we had a comfortable sleep. Bed, linen and AC all good.

The hotel is close to transportation but with all the Gypsies we were very uncomfortable and worried they were sleeping right outside the building and with teenage girls not acceptable. They also charged extra for sitting down to breakfast after you had already paid for breakfast.

Pros: hotel is by train station, room clean upon arrival, bedding is wonderful, soap smells awesome and overall affordable. Lots of restaurants around. Air conditioning was great. Cons: the flooring feels like cement with a piece of fabric over it - it is sooooo hard to walk on. Location is a good 25 min walk to main shops and tourist areas. No phone in room - they use a tablet - but you also need to request to have them change out towels and clean room. Hotel is outdated - lots of stains and mildew in shower. Offer a breakfast, but pricy. Charge for all minibar and snacks !!! Light in bathroom falling out of ceiling. Cleaning people do not clean room during visit - only exchange towels and make bed ;no change of sheets).

Very conveniently located and has big rooms. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. You can tell it is an older building/hotel when you see the washroom, but it was a clean facility at which we would stay again.
