It was right by the train station so very convenient for our 1 night stay. The room was very quiet and spacious.

We had a amazing time...the location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was very good. All the staff at the front desk was nice. We had a major problem with the house keeping....the room was not cleaned proper. Toilets and basin we not cleaned ...very dirty. They need to improve.....

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options in top floor restaurant with fantastic city views. Next to rail and bus stations, so very convenient although still surprisingly quiet.

Just steps from the train station and easy access to public transportation throughout the city. Lots of shopping and dining within an easy walk. The property is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, modern bathroom and hot water. Next to the main train station and short bus ride or walk into the old town. Quiet and definitely a great spot to be located in for your stay in Salzburg.

We missed our connection flight and ended up staying in this hotel, which was about two minutes from the train station. It was extremely clean, very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Just a cross the road from the bus and train station. I also liked the fact that check out was 12.00. You can leave the cases all day if you need too .

Nice, but no temperature control in room
Close to train station, about 15 minute walk to old town. Room had kettle, fridge, and safe. Large bathroom with a bathtub and a large vanity for your toiletries. Could not control temperature in room. Staff was efficient, but not particularly friendly.

Spring Med Trip
Salzburg was a very nice city and it was easy access to The Eagles Nest. The Trend Europa was conveniently located 100 yards from the Salzburg HBF train station.

Didn’t replace bath towels
The room was nice beds are comfortable but we put our towels on the floor to be replaced and we got back after a full day of sightseeing and the towels were taken off the floor but none replaced. I called reception and they said she would send someone straight up about 20mins later my husband went down to see them and she said she has sent someone, but we had no one about 5 mins after my husband got back we finally got our towels.
