Average hotel. There are a couple bars on the same street that stay open late and it gets loud even at 12, 1 am. Hotel fairly clean and everything is within distance. Interacted with 3 different staff members and didn’t get any of their names but kind of hard to communicate in English. Overall just an average hotel, but clean and great location.

A perfectly maintained and charming hotel with genuinely friendly staff, a good breakfast, and excellent location just blocks from Mirabel Gardens and the Old City. The hotel suffers from one defect only, but it was a big one for me: the bar next door. This is the only reason I have not otherwise awarded 5 stars here. The bar is unbelievably loud and raucous, with screaming, yelling drunks pouring out into the streets until well after 3 AM. If you are any kind of a light sleeper, you will not get a moment's rest here on a weekend night. I could not personally stay here again, although I think the owners have done everything within their control to create a pleasant and tranquil space.

Perfect location, walking distance to every main attractions. Room is clean, quite and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is super excellent. Love the eggs with the hats and the smiley faces. All the staffs are friendly and lovely. Highly recommand this place!

This is a very clean hotel run by kind and thoughtful people on all levels. Our room was small but very clean and quiet. One drawback is that the room lacked air cooling. All staff that we interacted with made us feel like we were family. They always went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a great location, easy walk to all attractions. Great place but loud neighbors
The staff were wonderful, the room was nice and comfortable, the location is excellent (with one exception, see below). The breakfast was lovely. Overall it was a good experience. The one negative is the 3 nearby bars (a Music Pub, Wine Bar, and Belgian Beer place) all in close proximity. We had a room facing the street -- every night of our stay, patrons of the bars were drunkenly yelling and singing in the street (which reverberated the sound) until after 2-3 am. So, it was impossible to sleep with windows open, and got warm with windows shut. Some nights, even with the windows shut you could hear the drunks. Then, at 5 am, the street cleaner would come down the street. So, sleep was hard to come by because of the neighbors, even though the hotel itself is lovely.
