Staff was very warm and welcoming plus helpful when asked questions. Room relatively small but it appears to have been recently renovated so everything is new and working with brand new shower, faucets and flooring. There is an attached parking (not free) but this makes it convenient in such a busy town with limited street parking. Overall great experience.

Great stay. Very short walk to old town. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Would recommend. Offsite parking was about a 5 min walk in a large parking lot. Seemed safe.

We are huge design lovers and loved everything here from the interior design to the customer hospitality of this hotel. Would stay here again in the future and recommend to others. Extremely close to shopping, main attractions, and the train station.

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was perfect for three adults. It had all of the amenities of a hotel but the size of an apartment all at a reasonable rate. It was an easy walk to the train station and other transportation hubs. Highly recommend!

Nice property with excellent staff.
Very helpful and professional staff. Ros were clean and nicely decorated. The efforts to become an eco-friendly hotel decreased our satisfaction with the property. The AC was locked so we could not get the room comfortable. The eco soaps did not lather effectively requiring us to use four times the normal amount.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very big! We had a “studio” and it was huge! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is over priced but we didn’t find many alternative options within walking distance. The area is noisy but convenient to walk to the train station. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is very old, but nice. The rooms are large and we had a balcony viewing the Dolomites. The ladies at the front desk were very good but their English marginal. The bathroom was large but you need to be gymnast to get into the bathtub/shower….very high to step into and very narrow. Breakfast was marginal. Eggs ok but bacon and ham terrible. Coffee machine not good either. Hotel is in a great location and convenient. Beautiful area of Italy.

This hotel is almost brand new, with everything very nice. The lady at the front desk , Lina, was very, very helpful especially on day trips to Hallstatt and Germany National Park. The rooms with a balcony are a little nicer and less street noise than street side.
