I reached midnight for check-in , (i had informed hotel staff on whats app about my arrival time) there was no reception and security to assist for check-in. No staff was picking phone . ..."

"We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff. Staff is from rural areas, need training on hospitality."
