Checked into the hotel at 4 am, hence were very tired. In the morning found out that an item of underwear was missing. After a thorough search in the room ask the reception to check surveillance records if anyone entered the room. However, the security officer said that would keep us updated after they check themselves. There was no update for the next 3 days or after. On the last night of our stay at around 2 am someone was trying to open the door. And since we were not sleeping we could hear the numerous attempts to unlock the door. After we made obvious that were not sleeping, the attempts stopped. In the morning at the checkout we mentioned to the reception of the latter incident and earlier one. The receptionist didn't seem surprised of the first incident. So, overall impression of the hotel was terrible. Didn't expect such things happening and such responce from Hilton.
