El staff brinda un terrible servicio y son unos estafadores. Yo hice mi reservación con tiempo y me la cobraron en el momento. Cuando llega la hora de hospedarnos nos salen con que no encontraban nuestra reservación, la habitación ya estaba vendída, que la del front desk tal vez se equivocó y no pudo que está reservado ya la habitación. Nunca nos dieron el pin para entrar a la casa y estuvimos afuera un buen rato hasta que salieron unos chicos y así pudimos entrar ya que después de la primera llamada cuando dijieron que ocupaban 15 min para encontrar la sbitacion después no nos querían contestar las llamadas y nosotros afuera en la calle. No nos hicieron refund resulta que nosotros teníamos que comunicarnos con la aplicación de Expedia para que nos hicieran el reembolso cuando la culpa era de ellos y hasta el día de hoy no nos dieron ninguna solución ni tampoco nos devolvieron nuestro dinero y aparte de eso vendieron nuestra reservación cuando ya estaba pagada con anticipo. Y el Servicio Al Cliente es pésimo en la casa en que nos hospedaríamos no hay ninguna persona o ni un staff dentro de la propiedad que te brinde apoyo o servicio alguno todo es por llamada

In love with this place! It's in a great location with many restaurants nearby. I especially love the Pupuserias, which are only about a block away, just over the bridge to the west of the hotel. The hotel restaurant breakfast is very good, and the food is excellent. You have the beach, the pool, and the bar. What more could you ask for? The restaurant next door is also excellent, and I felt very safe walking to it at night. It's named Brickell Seafood & Grill, and they serve land and sea food. The food is excellent. However, I would not recommend walking much farther at night, just to be on the safe side. During the day, it's fine to walk, but always be careful. It's pretty safe to walk the beaches and explore, but at night, I would recommend staying close to the property. Overall, it's a great location with everything you need nearby. To get to the supermarket, you will need to take a cab. Ask the bellboy to assist. They are very helpful and polite.

Está descuidada y el desayuno n o hay buena atención

Front desk is terrible they even help me and then have a attitude there was not toilet paper on the reception and there was not towels on the room the only helpful and nice people where the staff with the orange shirt they also help me with my room because front desk can’t even do their job

El baño estaba lleno de piedras, no tenía cielo falso, el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado se escuchaba clarito. El area de cocina era donde estaba la caja y estaba extremadamente sucio, no tome el desayuno por asco.
