I stayed in the suite with a view of the city. Very nice room, friendly staff, comfortable area downstairs for breakfast, close to a tram stop for access to nearby beaches.

On arrival, the receptionist failed to recognise that i have already paid for my booking in advance at the time of my booking and charged me 5400 liras, it only when i complained to expedia that i had my refund...but oddly, when i was charged by expedia, in the first place, they charged more....suggests, that the hotel put me up in a less standard room in the first place. And then on checkout, i asked for a taxi to return to the airport and the hotel asked me to pay 700 liras....but the taxi i had to get from the airport to the hotel originally costed me 220 liras.

I think I got a bad room on the 4th floor. It was very noisy at night, the soundproofing is very week. The breakfast was poor and very limited.

Practically no windows. One person talks in the hotel all the rooms hears him/her. We herd baby crying whole night. Well intentioned staff but it did not overcome property shortcomings.

Very nice otel in very nice location near Gar tramway station and all buses markets is beside the otel also Room is big and clean Staff very friendly i would say thanks to Sanaa , she talk very well english and she help me in everything

Surprisingly good!
We stayed here just for one night as we were traveling around Turkey. We thought it was a great value for the location and comfort. The staff were lovely, spoke English very well, and the breakfast was super. They even knew how to provide a vegan friendly breakfast!
