bad matress, too noisy. No fan, no AC. TV not working.

Clean modern hotel. Staff was attentive and helpful when needed. Location is awesome. Close to everything. Only issues with this hotel is the parking. There is no onsite parking and only small close parking venues. The one we used was about two blocks away. Good safe parking and polite attendants as well. However it was hot or miss if parking would be available and I assume plan B would be to loom for another local parking lot. Luckily there was parking when we needed it. Only other issue is there is no sofa or chair to lunge in. So you’re stuck in a bed the entire time. If parking and lack of sitting options is not an issue I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful property; one of my favorites in all of Mexico. We booked standard room 6 which was spacious (more than enough for the two of us) with a separate sitting area. It’s on the ground floor and the large table in the lobby area is right outside, so I was worried it might be loud, but it was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable, with nice pillows. The included breakfast was delicious and satisfying and served on the beautiful roof deck. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they provided many restaurant, bar, shopping, and experience recommendations we would not have found on our own. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants, bars, and major historical sites. They are currently expanding to add more guest rooms. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was incredible. However, on my last day, the two girls are working. One of them was named Sonia. Forget the other girls name. We're extremely helpful. Could speak perfect English and directed me to areas that I was unaware of. However, this last time the girl, front desk could not speak English she was very nice however, the guy working was complaining about working and very reluctant to help me not sure if I would stay here again, unless the other girls are working here
