No funciono el tv, ni la estufa ni la ducha. Cobraron dinero adicional porque un niño enfermo vomitó una sabana y una toalla como si esto no fuera primrero accidental y segundo se lava las prendas y listo

Solo te entregan toallas a la llegada, no hacen reposición de ropa de cama ni toallas. La piscina estuvo más tiempo en mantenimiento que en servicio. La ubicación del hotel es en uno de los 3 barrios más inseguros de san andres, la mayoría de taxis no quieren llevarte. El desayuno estuvo bien pero muy poco. No te dan amenities de más, solo una vez. El personal es amable en general. Las señoras que sirven el desayuno también son amables. Están en construcción y todo está regado en todas partes. Hay bastante ruido.
