Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides. NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal. Would never stay here again. I abandoned my room immediately after getting there. The staff was not concerned about my complaints and gave me their corporate website to file a complaint and seek refund. Refund was refused so I lost all my money. That’s how bad it was. I preferred to pay for another place rather than stay at this terrible property.

Es muy lindo pero la atención es pésima algunas personas el bar que les digo la comida es deliciosa Ojalá mejoren la atención al cliente Los baños están tapados o malos

Deben mejorar las condiciones de las habitaciones, están un poco deterioradas, la limpieza también, sobre todo los baños de la piscina que estaban en pésima condiciones de limpieza.

This property is very unclean, we usually dont compain but this property should not even be on expedia . The doors do not have proper locks, the small fridge had half drank drinks from previous guests, the pillow cases were soiled, we found blood and hair on the walls, there was mould on the ceiling and the shower was very very unclean. The room rate is triple what it should be and the street noise at night is deafening especially since the windows are paper thin. Not a good place for family at all
