No Elevator, No washer and dryers

We arrived Wednesday evening and on arrival we were informed that the elevator was broken and the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor. We didn't have the money to leave and go somewhere else ( I had knee surgery so this was also a BIG deal. So for 4 days anytime we wanted anything, we had to go down three flights of stairs. This hotel also only has one ice machine, which was also downstairs. The only water option they had was water fountains next to the ice machine. I went down to do a load of Landry on Saturday and those too were broken. Two HUGE things were broken. I was already bummed out about the loud clicking noise coming from the vent in our bathroom that NEVER stopped. The carpet had tacks sticking up where it connects to the hard wood floor so we had a towel covering it the entire time as well. When I confronted the manager I was offered $50!!! WHAT?? I was told that they didn't notify people because they would cancel their reservation and they needed money to keep it running. I was told everything is happening at once, things falling apart, and they can't give me my money back because then they would have to do that to everyone else that complained and they have a business to run. I am disgusted by there resolution. I have gotten corporate involved, so we will see.

The elevator is broken and the exterior door leading to the stairwell was also broken, requiring us to park on the far end and walk to the entrance just to turn around and walk back to the end stairwell.

Good service

The service was good, the elevator wasn't working so when I booked and paid for a king size bed room I wasn't able to get one. The TV was pretty small. Everything else was comfortable.

I have collective review to this hotel. I stayed for 5 days here and it was a stressful and disappointing experience. Paid 100$ per day and the service of the staff isn't worth it for what i paid. The room that i stayed at first was dirty, the sheets are very old, bed wasnt comfortable and not a hotel type of bed, comforters isn't comfy and pillows are old and hard as well. I got itchiness with their bed though i take a shower everyday. Also,the carpet was dirty and wasnt properly tucked and got sharps on it. The housekeepers didnt change my bedsheets though i asked them twice personally and they would say we cant change your bedsheets coz you're here. The prob i work nightshifts for 12 hrs and daytime was the only time i could sleep there. Im a travel nurse and work was really stressful and for them asking me to step out the room so they could clean. Btw they dont have available attendants at night. When i asked the manager her name is Bri if i can change my room on my 4th and i also extended my stay till the next day and i paid it upfront she had to argue with me not to change the room and said she will send the cleaner to change my bedding on my 4th day but i insist to change coz i cant last to sleep on that bed coz it was really itchy. Her Guest Relation skills must be improves as she was rude and snob. I find her racist as well as im not an american. The staff in the Kitchen her name is Elizabeth is very intimidating as well and rude to me that time.

Was a carpet tack exposed where the carpet was torn at the edging that separated it from the hardwood floor. Could easily feel the sharp stab when I stepped on it. Carpet needs replaced. Also bathroom sink needs a plumbing stopper.

Overall the hotel was what we paid for. The room was nicely set up. But the curtain shade was severely stained. The sink was needs attention. Water pressure not great. But the hotel staff was fantastic
