Honestly it was a good price, but wouldn’t mind paying a few dollars more just to get good bed sheets, the one in the rooms had stains everywhere and couldn’t tell if they were clean or not, luckily my wife and I were traveling and had our own, so we had to change them. The rooms smell like old and the bathroom had paint coming off, definitely the rooms needs a touch up

As I was checking in. The employee was refunding other guest because of issues. Listening to their concerns. I heard that one room was fully dirty, another room didn’t haven’t any towels/ toiletries, and the last room had a pee stain on the bed. I was shocked. When I approached the front desk to check in. I was hoping for the best, once she tried checking me in. She apologized and let me know that they were out of room for the night. So my reservation was pointless. She said they would refund me my money. But I still got charged. Now I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Two different rooms were left like someone just checked out. Trash in the cans that smelled horrible, beds unchanged and rooms not cleaned after last person checked out. The front desk cancelled my stay after for me finding the second room in the same condition.

The bed sheets were dirty like they were not changed. The toilet didn’t really work the shelf where microwave was place kept falling back if you touched it.

To be honest, i have stayed in worse. The pictures are very deceiving. The property is run down and very trashed. The pool was trapped, the room was not prepped...i had to ho ask for towels and toilet paper cause there were none in the room.out of the 4 lamps, there was only 1 light bulb. I thought the ac was broken, but turns out it wasn't even plugged in so i had to crawl on the stained up carpet to reach under and plug in myself... My beds were made, clean looking and sleepable, but if the price weren't so low, i would not have stayed.

I habitually have stayed at LaQuinta on business trips without any regrets. But this one was not like the others I have stayed at. The building was definitely vintage & was run down, first impression was "I shouldn't have gotten a room here", inside the mattresses were worn out, the front desk person was courteous, I didn't ask for any other services, and I did not stay for breakfast. If I was La Quinta, I would take my sign down and definitely not advertise this as a conference center until a complete renovation could take place (probably cheaper to tear this one down and build a new one).
