Overall it was ok. They need to extend breakfast hours past 9am to accommodate visitors from different time zones, also, cleaning staff should allow for late wake up times (again time zone issue). Fitness center treadmill was not working, the need to repair exercise equipment as soon as possible, average guests don't stay long enough to enjoy, lastly check out time is too soon, should be extended an hour

The property was spectacular, we did have discrepancies on the room according to the front desk person. The reservation room description was different from what Expedia sent over to them. I am not sure where the confusion started but over all happy with stay.

Great, all around. The only thing I missed was that there was no bathmat in the tub. Should be a standard item. I had to request it. Fortunately, they had one.

I love staying here. Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. Hands down my favorite place when in the San Antonio area. I'm from an area where a hours drive to get somewhere with heavy traffic is the norm, so this hotel and it's proximity to SA is nothing but a short drive. TY BW!!!

Great service, except the woman who saw me standing at the pay window twice before opening the pay window and telling me that I needed to go to the front desk to pay. We had paid at the pay window twice there already...and *there was no sign saying not to pay at the pay window.* But other than that, our stay was great. They had MIGAS for breakfast, which made me excessively happy.
