Room 417 has a stentch. I imagine that it's in every room on the 4th floor. It's coming from the bathroom, specifically, the shower curtains or the tub itself. The toilet didn't consistently flush either.

Property is old and deteriorating. Elevator floors were filthy Dirty all 3 days of my stay. Mattress on bed was collapsed and the springs in Mattress poked you all over.water in shower and sink never got hot barely wam enough to take shower Tv very old when checking in desk clerk stated the channel and volume buttons did not work on the remote. Had to get up every time to change channels. Horribly 3 day stay..

My son and I visited San Antonio over Labor Day weekend. We loved this hotel because it was near the airport, it had a lovely swimming area, and it had a fully stocked kitchen. We went to Wal-Mart and got food and saved money cooking in the room, instead of going out to eat!

Don’t stay here!!!
My car was stolen right infront of the hotel. The staff did not seem surprised at all that it occurred and even made comments of it happening before. Said there was footage however didn’t let us see it.
