Parking was expensive but there were alternatives. Street noise made it's way into the room. Staff was not very helpful when we ran out of Body Wash and they couldn't get to us until the next day! Roof bar was very nice but the included drinks were very misleading. We got vouchers for a cocktail but when we got to the bar it was limited to just "one" on the menu. It would have been nice to know that ahead of the visit.

It was in a good location of the Riverwalk. However, i do not see how they could consider this a 4 star hotel. The 11th floor where we stayed, as soon as you come off the elevator the hallway smelled must like carpet that was wet and stayed wet for several days. We checked in about 4 pm and our room was 73 deg. We adjusted the thermostat to 68. It got warmer in the room to 74deg. We then checked to make sure it was on the right setting "Auto" fan on high. We went out to the riverwalk fir about 5 hours and when we came back it was 70 deg. We informed the desk and best they could do was give us a very loud fan. I went to get ice and water from a dispenser on our floor and neither worked. I went down to front desk and they gave me both. Which was nice i guess. The next morning only one of the three elevators were working so it took a while to get breakfast and back to room. Overall for a hotel that charges $250 a night, you think it would be better. Or at least i did. I would not recommend this hotel.
