Sí usé el Shuttle de ida y de regreso. Solamente la persona que me atendió de regreso no fue muy amable conmigo )una chica pintada de rubio) y además le pregunté algo del baño para discapacitados y no sabía nada de una tabla que había en el baño, también se me hizo raro que no hay teléfonos para hacer cualquier pregunta, está el aparato pero no sirve. Hay que bajar por si hay una pregunta o emergencia. La muchacha de la limpieza tampoco sabía como usar la table o board pero ella muy amable me dijo le diría a la supervisora. Ví cuando amablementre envió el mensaje. Nunca nadie me explicó. .Mi estadía fue buena y lo recomendaría.

The front desk staff were helpful and made check in/out very easy. Both rooms I had were clean and housekeeping crew replaced fresh towels every other day The only downside is the free breakfast. It's the same thing everyday for 11 days stay. Coffee and hot water after breakfast was warm at best. The hotel should switch to having a plugged in coffee and hot water machine instead of using a big hot flask that gets cold in a couple of hours or so. No variety for Breakfast. It's bagels, muffins and hard boiled eggs everyday. I had oatmeal for the first 3 days of stay and then it never came back. It's ok if you're staying 3 or 4 days but not longer.
