Terrible hotel
The place was dirty roaches im my room imdoor pool was dirty water and hot tub was out of order, ac wasnt properly working, breakfast was terrible.i was afraid my rental car was goimg to get broken into. Dont stay here

The hotel was obviously not aware of the condition of their equipment. When i first checked in our room our room started to smell like something was burning and the smoke detector went off and i went to front desk and told the guy amd he moved me to another room. I went in that room amd it smelled like old dirty rags iy jad a musty smell. Well at 3am the smoke detector went off amd the whole hotel had to evacuate and the lobby was full of smoke. Such a scary experience

This was the worst stay I have ever stayed. First renovations terrible, a roach motel. On top of that we got woke up at 330 am to a smoke alarm. Manager really had no insight as to what was going on and the fire truck never came to a smoke filled hallway! Really a very disappointing stay!!!

We booked 2 nights and had never been to San Antonio. The reviews are extremely wrong. We got in very late and didnt realize how horrible this hotel was until early morning. The carpet is dark in the room so we didnt notice the roaches laying about until morning. There was blood on the lamp shade, it looked like someone peed on the wall of the elevator, the pool was filthy, there was police there all night. When we woke up and realized how disgusting the hotel was, we immediately called and requested to be moved to a better hotel. As we were leaving this horrible place, we passed by the breakfast area and two young kids were disgusting where they stored their "stash" in the room. We saw two vehicles in the parking lot with their windows busted out. There were multiple police circling the parking lot. It was very loud with people screaming, cursing and fighting all throughout the night. We feelt so dirty and unsafe. We had our young daughter with us and this was absolutely unacceptable for adults let alone children. I think we all need a HepC, tetanus vaccine and a round of antibiotics after stepping foot in this disgusting hotel!! It doesn't even deserve a 1 star. When we reported our concerns to the manager all he said was, "oh ok." Its obvious nothing surprising or new. We spent the remaining time in San Antonio at the LA Quinta Inn Riverwalk. It was exceptional! I have pictures if Expedia would like to see them. I wish i could attach them here so no one else goes her

We drove all night and worked all morning. We were exhausted and went to check in. They told us check in was at 3 and if we checked in early it would cost $30. So apparently they had a room available just greedy. Saw 2 cockroaches during our 2 night stay. A lot of noise, slamming doors. Didn’t feel safe.
