Booked this hotel for family and its nithing like the pictures, i understand its under renovations but the rooms smelled excruciatingly of Black mold and mildew their was mold everywhere in the ceilings in rrs for both rooms it was a heavy thick smell

The room had a dirty smell to it and the pool was nasty and green. Ruined our plans to swim. Breakfast not even worth getting up for.
This place is hard to find and bery scary looking place. The room smells terrible.

The price was very reasonable, the service was great , especially the night attendant , sorry I can’t remember his name , he was an older black gentleman, very funny , very professional and very kind …. Thanks again
I'm about positive there was mold in the room. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The outside they let trash build up and lay around most of the day. Every time we went out side the room people asked if we had cigarettes. The only ice machine that worked was by the lobby. None of the ones at the back of the property worked. House keeping never came by to refresh the towels. The owners and or management was sit outside in front sitting all relaxedwith their junk showing. The only thing i can say positive about the property is the beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the guy that checked us in was very nice. Homeless likes to hang around at night.
The motel is nothing like the pictures. The sheets are dirty and they never had extra towels or a blanket. I tried to ask for a bowl in the evening but they said they didn't have any, even though they said they had room service. They also had people drink and smoking weed by the pool. The entrance doest have a sign, I guess it's under new management and it's going to be renovated but the room I had also had a small of smoke or incense. It only had one little soap and shampoo when it was a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. I didn't ask for any extra because I had already gotten a no for the other things.
Arrived in room, the lights didn’t turn on. I tried many lights and they didn’t work. Some didn’t even have bulbs in them. Only the bathroom and a small dingy corner wall light came on. When they did, I noticed a baby roach run into the bathroom. I checked the rest of the room. There was a cigarette burn mark through the sheet of my bed. I turned on the tv and it wasnt set to operate without messing a lot with the settings. I called the front desk to assist with these issues. They managed to get some lights working and get the tv properly working. Good. But it should have all been prepared for my stay. When I mentioned all these extra issues from roach to the cigarette burn mark, he said they will change the sheets in the morning for the next guest… not now for me. He didn’t care to do anything about the roach situation. He never apologized and left. The next morning, I used the bathroom. I noticed the toilet paper holder was broken so they just keep the roll on the toilet. This is a cheap fix so I hope they care enough to fix it. There were beard hairs from the last guest around the sink and towels. Then, I grabbed the shampoo container provided. It had brown/red colored filth on it and was totally empty. They seemed to let the dirty last bottle from the last guest remain for me to finished the last couple drops of, or just didn’t pay enough attention. I addressed all these points to the front desk in the morning at checkout. I just got an OK. No apology or anything. No care
